The base color is REVLON Nail Art Moon Candy 290 Universe.  So, why use bead chains instead of micro beads?  With micro beads, you have to stick on the beads one by one.  It will take a lot of patience and energy to do it.  I am sick with a flu and patience and energy is just not what i have now.  Having a bead chain can be handy at times like this, making it fast to complete a manicure.
