Eyeballs Water Decal Nail Art BLE2054

What is it with Kpop that they love adding eyeballs to their clothes and accessories?  This water decal totally reminds me of the Kpop MV I've seen before.  Lots of eyeballs!  Filled my middle fingernail with eyeballs.

Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat

First, of course do 2 coats of the base color.  Sadly, I nicked my thumb nail before it was dried.  Too lazy to redo it though.

When everything dries, cut out the image you will be using. Remove the clear plastic film on top.

Soak the image in room temperature water for about 5 seconds.

The image slides right off.  I love how opaque the image is.  This will show up great on dark nail polish.

Just arrange the images on your nails as you like.  After you finish arranging all the decals on your nails, apply your favorite top coat to seal in the design.  Add a couple of studs or rhinestones to dazzle it a little.
