I am doing a review for Born Pretty Store. This time they sent me a pack of water decal that they designed. It's in style BP-W05. There are 2 sets of floral water decal in each pack.
There are 10 rectangular pieces for each design. If you plan to use this on all 10 of your nails, you better not make any mistake as there are no extra. I really like the design. I like how there are 2 sets in a pack. It's seems like a better deal. I think the pattern on the right, with the roses, look very elegant. While the one on the left with more colorful floral print look more summer and fun. This time, I am using the pattern on the left with the green, blue, red and yellow flower pattern.

Born Pretty Store does worldwide free shipping~ It says on the site that they ship their orders within 24 hours~ Their products are generally pretty cheap. The best part is still about the free shipping, so you don't have to worry about the shipping cost actually being more than the product itself.
First, cut out the pieces that you will be using. In this close up picture, you can see that each strip for you nail has a slightly different pattern, so if you do use it for all 10 nails of yours, it won't look so boring.
I realized that these are semi transparent. So, first, color 2 layer of base colors. On the nails that I am using the water decal, I painted it white. This will help the semi transparent water decal to show up better.
After the nail polish is all dried, cut each strip of the water decal roughly the shape of your nails. This part will be a little confusing for first time users. However, after using nail wraps so many times, I roughly know what kind of shape to cut it into. After cutting, just soak the water decal in a bowl of room temperature water for about 5 to 10 seconds.
As you can see, the water decal can slide off the paper backing by now. You can also see what I mean by it's semi transparent and why you need to paint your nails white.
Then just carefully slide the water decal on your nails. Use a piece of tissue to dab away the excess water. Then apply top coat to seal in the design. This is a "must" step. You can't skip it. After it's dried, I use a nail file to file downward at the tip to get ride of the excess water decal.
I love this color floral flower water decal. It's super summery.
