Alphabets Water Decal Nail Art
I got some water decal a long time ago with alphabets on it. I've got them for so long that I have almost forgotten about them. Finally took out my file of water decal and decided to use some of them up.This particular water decal is semi transparent, so I had to apply a white polish underneath before putting on the water decal.
