Day 4: Jungnang Rose Festival - Seoul, South Korea

There are quite a few rose festivals in Seoul in May.  We went to the Jungnang Rose Festival near Taereung Station at Jungnangcheon Stream's Rose Tunnel.  I went to Jungnangcheon a couple days before the festival was held as I would have left Seoul by then.

The Rose Festival was supposed to be from May 19-21, 2017.  There would be performances and food.  However, I would have left Seoul by then, so I went there a couple days earlier.  I just wanted to take pictures at the beds and tunnel of roses anyways.  The roses was already blooming a when we went.  So, it's ok.

There were already a lot of people there.  Glad that we went before the actual festival took place.  So, it would be less crowded and can take pictures without too many people in the background.

There were probably thousands of roses in full bloom.

There is also a 5km long tunnel of roses.  We didn't walk through the 5km though.  Just took a few pictures at the beginning of the tunnel.

Jungnang Rose Festival is at point J in Places Part 3 on the map below:
