Sally Hansen Triple Strong Base Coat and Water Decal

I have been using Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat to seal off water decal and nail stickers all these years and I have been so wrong about it!  I should have used my Sally Hansen Triple Strong base coat instead!  Seche Vite reacts and shrink these stickers too much and often making them crack.  So, it would take a lot of practice to make it right when using Seche Vite to apply over water decal and nail stickers.  

Somehow I suddenly felt like using my base coat to seal off my water decal and nail stickers would be a good idea as I notice the base coat doesn't shrink.  And these are the result.  Absolutely amazing!  Dry fast.  Less hassle than using gel top coat!
