Spring Rose Garden Water Decal Nail Art HOT169

It's Spring, though it feels more like summer to me.  It's hot, humid, sticky with lots of mosquitoes attacking me.  I hate Spring/Summer in Hong Kong.  Is there a job where I can work in Vancouver during Spring and Summer and back to Hong Kong in Autumn and Winter?

This is water decal HOT169 is filled with roses and vines.  Very "Spring". HOT water decals are all very sturdy and opaque.  Great for people without a pair of crafty hands.

Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat

First is the apply 2 coats of the base color.

I wanna drag a dry brush on the white nails.  So, I practiced on a piece of paper first before doing in on my nails.

I like this as it is already.

When everything is dried, cut out the image you want and take the clear plastic film off.

Soak the image in a bowl of room temperature water for about 5 seconds.

The image slides right off.  Then you just arrange all the image on your nails, add a few rhinestones and seal in the design with your favorite top coat.  Mine if of course Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat!
