I bought this polish at Forever 21 and I love it.
I have gotten a similar polish from them before expect the sparkles were rainbow coloured. This is very much like a dupe of the American Apparel Meteor Shower Glitter Polish, the only difference is that this glitter is pink whereas American Apparel's Gold hehe....
