Sunway Restaurant - Richmond in Vancouver, Canada

I saw Sunway Restaurant has a pretty high rating online.  So, I decided to come here for some Taiwanese food.  I was quite disappointed.

I ordered a deep fried tempura.  It's weird how they cut it so thinly!  It's like chips.  I don't like it.  I have never had it this thin.  It's like they over fried it too.  As it's so thin, it's pretty much all dried.

Then I ordered the big bag of mixed fried stuff.  It's supposed to have the chicken nuggets and other random goodies.  As you can see, the chicken are so dark.  It's really like it's over fried.  The inside is a little dried.  I regret ordering it.  I should have just ordered the regular chicken nuggets.  This was a total mistake.



The beef roll was pretty good.  The outside is crispy, but not much beef inside.

The stinky tofu wasn't very stinky at all.  Maybe because I was deeply disappointed by the chicken, I was pretty upset about the food and this didn't wow me too.
