We took a cab to National Taiwan Science Education Center from Shilin. We really had no idea what to do that day and thopugh maybe doing something educational would be fun.
It's totally a place for families with kids to hang out. There are different exhibition from time to time. Though the website said it's free to entry for permanent exhibition, but it's really not, or at least there is nothing to see for the free part. The exhibition seem quite small and we decided not to spend time here, mainly because I wasn't in the best mood. We just took a few pictures and left. Maybe next time, I'll explore the place and really check out if this place is fun or not.
There are little shops inside the building selling art and science related things. A free DIY workshop for paper crafts. We asked what the DIY session will make, the lady said it will be tiny match box....I guess it would be fun for kids? But I have no use for a small paper box...I can make that on my own.
