Critter Care Wildlife Society and The Market at Wagner Hills Farm - Langley BC, Canada

It was supposed to be a kids activity, but who said adults can't love baby animals?  Saw the Critter Care Wildlife Society had an open day and we decided to just drive an hour down to Langley and see some baby animals.  A shelter for animals that are hurt or need special care and then released back to the wild.

They have little booths selling random things to fund the place.  Hot dog and burger stands.  What a great way to enjoy the sunny day.

What to do if you meet a bear?
1. Stay Calm
2. Speak calmly to the bear.
3. Back away slowly.

Who would have known we need to speak to the bear?  But to stay calm would probably be the toughest part.

They even have a volunteer to help fly animals into the center with his own helicopter.

Eating to kill some time until our free tour around the center.

Baby raccoons are so cute!

No idea what it is, but it sure was good.

Across from the street is The Market at Wagner Hills Farm.  A place to shop, eat and play at the petting farm.

Right next to the market is a big swing.

The things they sell at the market are so cute.  If only I have a big house to put them in.

Their little petting farm is so cute.  Love their little houses for the animals.

They have feeds to sell and feed to the goats.

The chocolate milk shake was so good.  I felt like my arteries were getting clogged with fat.

Critter Care Wildlife is at point D and The Market is at point E in Places Part 4 in the map below:
