Pearl Castle 圓香茶坊

Met up with some old friends and had Taiwanese food!  Got a what many people would think is a disgusting dish. It's one of my favorites.  Hot pot with pig's blood and large intestine.  Hmm....that sounded kind of wrong as I type it out.  It sounds so much better in Chinese.

This is such a common dish, why doesn't Hong Kong have it?
