Rilakumma San-X Water Decal Nail Art

Here is another easy manicure using water decal.  It's a water decal of Rilakkuma from San-X.  

Again, the only step that look me a lot of time is the painting the base color.  I used Essie's Topless and Barefoot.  I have used up half the bottle.  It's my favorite color!  For my middle and pinky finger, I did a marble effect by dabbing white on my nails with plastic wrap.  Don't know if you can see it clearly on the picture.

One tip on using water decal is to place the decal on your nail before your apply a layer of top coat. If you apply a top coat, the decal somehow can't adhere to your nail very well and bubbles will form and ruin your manicure.
