Glowbal Group: Trattoria Italian Kitchen @ Kitsilano Vancouver

Just looking at these photos and writing this blog post makes me hungry all over again!!!! OMGosh.................... > < I love this place so much, this is now my favorite breakfast/ brunch place! 

Here we ordered the Mushroom Benny and the Biscuits and Gravy.

Of the two I prefered the Mushroom Benny, instead of having poached eggs on an english muffin, it is placed on a grilled to perfection portobello mushroom. The hollandaise sauce was also exquisite with its mix of herbs and cream. The egg was poached perfectly as well, leaving the egg white fully cooked and a completely liquid center yolk. I also liked it because they didn't use those egg poaching molds and stuff but rather the traditional method of cracking the egg right into the pot. 

The Biscuits and Gravy was good too, but because I am not a big sweet breakfast kinda person it didn't speak out to my as much. The hash brown on the other hand was also amazing!!!!!! Super crispy and full of flavor. 

A definite 5 our of 5 stars and I can't wait to return!!!!
