O³ by Oyster3 Bar & Restaurant - Taikoo, Hong Kong

It's been a while since I get to hang out with my friends.  We are just busier and busier as we grow older and never have time for each other.  Finally, we have time over the weekend to shop and eat.  I wasn't planning to buy anything, but the shop made a promo that I can't turn down!  Buy 3 pairs of shoes and get 50% off!!!!  50%!!!!!!  How can I not look around?  And once I looked, I realized there is a pair of shoes I like.  The original price is around HK$1300.  If we got 3 or more pairs of shoes, then we get 50% off.  Us girls just couldn't resist and we gave in especially knowing we get an extra 5% off by paying with credit card.  These promos are evil!!!!  Anyways, enough about the shoes.  We were shopping at City Plaza in Taikoo and we found this place call O³ by Oyster3 Bar & Restaurant, which is inside the UA theater.  It was a perfect girls date.  Brunch, movies and shopping!

We thought this was just plain ham on toast, but turned out to be pretty good.

Love my tuna salad!  Love the sweet and tangy addressing.  Love how there were lots of avocado!

There's the quesadilla that's also loaded with cheese and avocado.  I like this place.  Not very crowded, bright open area, pretty good food.
