True Confections - Downtown in Vancouver, Canada

I love chocolate cakes!  There are so many good cake places in Vancouver.  This time my friend and I went to True Confections on Denman Street in Downtown.  I love how thick and heavy their chocolate cakes are.  Why can't bakeries in Hong Kong make moist heavy chocolate cakes?  It seems I can only find those light chiffon chocolate cake in Hong Kong and those are not good.  Not very chocolatie. 

I got the Devil's Food chocolate cake in the above cake.  Moist chocolate cake in the middle with super smooth chocolate cream.  The outside is marshmallow frosting.  YUMMY!!!!  It's really a sin to indulge myself with that cake.  I feel like I gained 10 pounds after eating it.

My friend got the Hazelnut Belgian Mousse.  Super smooth chocolate mouse and large shards of chocolate.  It's sooooooooooo good, but I still like my Devil's Food better.
