caffè HABITŪ the table - Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong

I have avoided going to any caffe Habitu for a long time.  I felt that any chain restaurants would be bad in terms of food quality and taste.  Cho made me come here and I am surprise that this place wasn't all too bad.  It is a lot better than many western food restaurants.

Ordered the carbonara.  Very creamy, just the way I like it.  I like pasta.  Any pasta in a cream sauce is good.  Hard to go wrong on that.  Except that many Hong Kong style tea restaurants serve really bad pasta.  So, this one at Habitu surprised me.

I also ordered the burger as the picture on the menu looked too good to say no to.  Turns out the beef patty was way too tough.  How can they make it so tough?  Over cooked?

The best part of the burger was the fries on the side...

This has to be one of the saddest nacho ever.  A picture says a million words.  Here, it says in a million words how bad it was.

I think it's an OK place to dine at.  At least it's better than I expected.
