We love Taiwan food and love Taiwan style hotpot. Went the Richmond for some Chinese food. Richmond is like the new China Town, loaded with people from mainland China. Signs used to be in traditional Chinese years ago, now it's filled with simplified Chinese. Instead of speaking Cantonese, Mandarin is the main stream now.
Anyways, I love the Chinese food here. A taste of Taiwan without having to fly all the way to Taiwan.
Especially love this little pot of large intestine and pork blood. Sounds disgusting, taste amazing. Quite surprised that they don't serve this dish in Hong Kong.
