Weird Cartoon Water Decal Nail Art

To justify for buying new water decal, I forced myself to dig out old unused water decal that I have.  I look at the decal with many little cartoon heads on it.  What was I thinking when I bought it?  I can't think of any reason that could have persuaded me into putting this particular water decal into the shopping cart. 



Whatever the reason was, it would be a waste not to use it.  I put it on my nails and can't really say it's hideous, but just not appealing at all.

The only good thing I have to say about this water decal is that it was quick to use and it covered my ugly naked nails.
