Wang's Taiwan Beef Noodle House - Vancouver, Canada

I have missed this place a lot. Too bad I only had a chance to eat there once during my stay. Compared to other Taiwanese restaurant that I have been to in Vancouver, this has to be my favorite.

I ordered the beef pancake roll here again. The pancake was light and crispy and flaky. The inside was filled with beef cooked in there Taiwanese style and coated with whatever sauce that was. It is something so simple, yet so delicious.

It is a beef noodle place. Of course I ordered their special beef noodle. Look at the color of the soup. Full of beefy goodness. Their soup just can’t compare with others. I am sure there are many good beef noodle house in Taiwan. But I feel this one in Vancouver is probably the best within that area. I love how they have plenty of those pickled veggies on top. 

Then we ordered the Taiwanese chicken nugget. It’s like a must have each time we visit a Taiwanese restaurant.

Lastly, we ordered wonton soup. Yummy.
