It is a sampling that Kose is doing for people who residents of Hong Kong and Macau.
All you have to do is go to their facebook page like it and play Pac Man. After you finish the game you will be asked to fill in your information and send the link to 5 of your facebook friends.
Almost immediately you will receive an email notification, just print that out and bring it to the Kose counter that you have chosen to pick up your prize.
The great thing is, everyone wins as long as quantities are in stock!!!!

I just went to get mine.
