Chanel Matte top coat

 

This Chanel matte top coat really pissed me off! Why?

Look at the pictures below!  Do they look matte to you?

Unless there matte is the new shine, then I don't think this is call "matte" at all!!!!

I wouldn't be so upset is it's just some cheap no name brand.

However, this is Chanel!!!!  People would have to pay a lot for this!!!!  For this crap!

Fortunately, I got this from a friend who works in the beauty industry.  She gave it to me to test out.

 I am so glad I didn't pay to get this.
