CHOP Steakhouse & Bar - Richmond, Vancouver Canada

It was almost midnight and most of the restaurants in Richmond are closed.  Well, there were plenty of Chinese restaurants open, but I didn't want Chinese.  I wanted some Western food and there we were at Chop.  A restaurant in Sandman Hotel.  I love how they open until so late!  My friend and I just finished a movie at Silverycity and decided to have a late dinner. 

Nice atmophere. Well, the place is usually packed with people.  However, when we went, it was around midnight.  So, the place was empty.  We were the only customers.

We ordered steak bite.  Juicy! Yummy!

I had the filet mignon medium rare. 

It was cooked just right.  Love this place.  Good steak for the price. The fries was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.  Had the grilled tomato on the side to make this whole thing seemed a little healthier.
