Winter's Deer Lake - Burnaby, Canada

I haven't been in Vancouver during the winter for many years.  When it started to snow, I just had to visit Deer Lake to see what a snow covered lake would be like.  I was too scared to drive the 30min to the lake and took the bus instead.  Not a very good idea.  The ride was too long and the wait at the bus stop was freezing.  Will drive for sure next time.  The scenery was amazing.  I felt like I was looking at a painting.  The actually view was nicer than the pictures here.  I miss Vancouver already.  The lake was frozen, so there were still some ducks swimming around.  Unlike in the summer, there were only a few people here.  So, I could take a million of selfies without having to avoid capturing other people in the background~
