7-11 in Vancouver

I always like checking out 7-11 when I was travelling in Japan, Korea and Taiwan.  I realized I've never really looked into Vancouver's 7-11 even though I spent most of my life in this city.  To my surprise, they sell a lot of ready to eat somewhat fresh food.  Since I don't like eating airplane food, I got myself a Sausage Egg Muffin to eat on the plane.

I feel I can always trust the food labeling Canada.  Not so much in Asian countries....

Not that I care a whole lot when I look at the label, but at least I feel like they aren't making things up when typing out the label.

Looks just like the ones from McDonalds, but better!

Should be yummy if it was heated up. But couldn't heat up on plane. But even though it was cold it wasn't bad.
