Day 3: Suwon Station - South Korea
We totally regret leaving Seoul and headed to Suwon for a day. There just isn't that much to see in Suwon. At least, I am not that into history fortresses. Luckily, there is still a street of food and shopping near Suwon Station. Just outside of exit 11.
There is the big bus stop with lots of different routes here as well.
Since we didn't want to see anymore museum or fortresses, we decided to just eat and shop. It's not as busy as Hongdae, but there were a lot of students hanging out there in the afternoon. Plenty of skincare shops and some clothes/shoes shops. Still something that I could have done in Seoul...but it was better than wandering under the sun without any cover at the Hwaseong Fortress.
Cho was hungry again. While I have been pretty full the whole time. Nonetheless, we went to a restaurant call Ugly Potato and Chicken for some fried chicken! Love the cartoons characters there.
There is a station to charge our phone and batteries as well. Quickly took out our wifi eggs and phones to charge!
It doesn't "look" spicy, but it actually is. Amazing how they can make everything spicy without you knowing.
I've never really tasted bad fried chicken in South Korea. I guess it's hard to make fried chicken taste bad anyways. Cho basically had the whole plate to herself as I watch her devour everything.
