Weekend Trip to Macau: Exploring Sands Cotai Central and Le Seine Salon de The

We didn't have much planned for this trip, we just wanted to take it slow and relax. Also because we were traveling with two small children so we can't go gambling or much shopping. So we just walked around the massive mall to check out what there is first.

We took a really long way to try to get to Studio City Hotel to find the dinosaur exhibition. On the way there there is a glass hallway which gives you a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower at the Parisian Hotel. Perfect for selfies.

We stopped at this pretty coffee shop, Le Seine: Salon De The, on the way. The pretty decor is what attracted us and there was no one inside which means no need to wait in line.

Strawberry Mocktails for the kids, it did look very very pretty. But the kids didn't seem to enjoy it.

The scallop carppacio was not very good. I would not recommend it. It also was not very "cold" which makes me worry about how fresh it is.

Salmon Couscous. It was decent, everyone really liked it, but I felt that it was just ok. Not great not bad. But decent for its price :)

Now these were really yummy and the fries were really yummy too.

Mussels were also ok, not as creamy as I thought it would be. The portion was a little small as well.

Grilled ham and Cheese Panini

This Fish Linguine in cream sauce was my fav. I love how creamy it was and I liked how the fish wasn't very fishy. It also had a lot of black pepper seasoning which I also really liked.

More exploring after lunch and we stumbled upon an artist in the hallway offering portrait drawings and you can pay what you feel fit. However, most people seem to pay $50 to $100 hkd.

Sands Cotal Central is at point 2 on the map below:
