Botanist - Vancouver, Canada

Botanist.  A really nice looking restaurant.  Not only is the ambience great, the food is amazing too.

Even their drinks are pretty

Who wouldn't get a pink champagne, right?

Started off with bread and that was already a good looking piece of bread to start with.

I can't remember what kind of salad this was, but it sure looked nice.  I just remember it's lots of carrots.

Then the foie gras on waffles. Very buttery on the warm soft waffles. mmmmm

Fish.  Can't remember what fish, but it's so pretty to look at.  A piece of art.

Then chicken.  One of the juiciest piece of chicken ever.  Very light and crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside.  What a lovely dinner.

And when too full, a stroll outside by the water made us felt less guilty for putting all those calories in ourselves.
