Sushi Mura - Vancouver, Canada
We can't resist having more sushi. Headed to Sushi Mura for more sushi! Our first time there. Turns out it is pretty popular in the area. It gave us the Sushi Garden vibe.
They have many special rolls like most other sushi restaurants in Vancouver. All tasted great. I really love how sushi in Vancouver usually comes with many sauce in the roll. Hong Kong's sushi rolls tends to be very dry.
I can't really remember what I ordered, but that doesn't matter. They were all good.
Then of course we had to have some toro.
And salmon of course.
Chopped scallop sushi are must haves in Vancouver.
Ikura are another must have.

They started out pretty good but we’ve noticed a steady decline decline the last few times we ordered takeout. Too much rice on sushi rolls, and skimpy filling with what appeared to be scraps of fish trimmings. Further, the rolls were made carelessly, and fall apart into a big mess in the container...not very appealing,
