Bari-Uma ramen - Tuen Mun, Hong Kong

I love the eggs in ramen. But I would love it more if they cut it in half for me. 

Chicken ramen. Really large piece of chicken very juicy and tender. 

There may seem to be a lot of fat in the soup but it doesn’t feel greasy at all. 

Karaage. Or fried chicken. I actually didn’t like it. The oil it was fried in was probably old. 

Gyoza was alright. Nothing special.
