Dan Ryan - Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

Another chance to use my Entertainer app. Dan Ryan in Tsim Sha Tsui participated in Entertainer with buy one get one free main course. We ended up ordering a seafood risotto and a Texan burger. 

To be honest, I was quite disappointed. The risotto was  too soft. Over cooked. It’s even softer than normal Chinese rice. Totally ruined. And the presentation was’t great either. 

As for the burger, it wasn’t too bad. It wasn’t great either. That was the saddest pieces of avocado I’ve seen. What’s with the avocados in Hong Kong? The beef was good. Lots of cheese and sauce. I liked it.  It came with yam fries. That was the good part. Overall it was ok, better than a lot of so call western dining in Hong Kong for this price. It’s a chain restaurant after all, so I guess they do have to keep the minimal brand standards. 

And then there's the bread just like in any other western restaurants.  Hate the muffin with the nuts though.
