Somewhat wallet friendly find dining in Vancouver at Botanist - Downtown Vancouver, Canada

Vancouver is an expensive place to live in, but still not as expensive as Hong Kong.  Fine dining is expensive, but definitely less expensive than eating in Hong Kong.  So, with just a few days to stay in Vancouver, I must go for another meal at Botanist.

Such a quiet and pleasure space.

Loving their bread.  

Their drinks are all so pretty.

Appie time.  I don't know what else to say other than I want to eat this everyday.  If only my wallet allows so.  Seared scallops are so fresh.

Foie gras on a warm waffle that is light and crispy on the outside and super soft and airy inside.  Melting in my mouth.

Food that both my stomach and eyes enjoy!

Totally indulging ourselves with a lobster tail.

Loving the restaurant.  Everything just looks so pretty.
