Day 4: Dinner at Central World Supermarket
Because we loved our steak dinner the night before in the supermarket of Central World, we went back for more the next day. Afterall, it is hard to find steak with this price in Hong Kong and we love steaks! As much as we want eat more vegetables, we just can't stop consuming less meat. I had my eye on this T-bone the night before. Special went back to eat it.
Turns out it is 0.860 kg. As mentioned, there is a normal price and a member price. Regular price is 1849 Baht and member price is 1281 Baht!!!! And how to become a member? Just let the staff know and they will help you sign up. You don't need to pay anything to join, but after you join, you get discounts. Also, each time you spend there, you will earn points that can be used as cash on your next purchase! They don't charge any service fee for cooking your steak~ Good deal!
Finally, our steak arrived. We just shared it between the 2 of us. We full super full after eating just 1 steak. We ask for medium rare, but I guess it is too big and thick, so it's more rare near the bone. I still think they need to be served on a hot plate....now they are serving on a cold stone like plate....
