Seoul - Fall 2024 Day 1 - Airbnb next to Exit 1 of Hongik University Station

Another trip to Seoul.  Staying in our favorite area again at Hongdae.  And once again, we picked an Airbnb next to exit 1 of Hongik University (Stay 10).  Super convenient location.  Shopping, eating, cafes...everything we enjoy doing in the area.  It's 10 seconds walk from the metro exit and it's on the green metro line #2, which I find is the most convenient line to most of the touristy places.  Dunkin donuts is within the building and currency exchange is on the next block.

Spacious studios in this building.  Big enough for 2 or 3 people.  Rooms that I have stayed in the buildings are all brightly lit.  So, in general it's good.  

The building is getting old though and these Airbnb has been running for a long time.  Starting to see a lot of wear and tear.  Cracks on floor in the building, slow elevator, sometimes, depending on the room, may have weak water pressure. I think it's about time I start looking for newer buildings to stay in next time.
