Delicious Panna Cotta
I have an obsession for panna cotta. I love the creamy milky taste that melts in your mouth, just too hard to resist. This is a great opportunity to make this and give it to your loved ones fro valentines day :) :)
Here is a recipe I have tried out and everyone loved it!!!!! It is super yummy!!!!!!!!!
Ingredients:
8oz. Milk
4oz. Cream
45g. Sugar
1tsp Vanilla extract
5g Gelatin (option of add only 4g is you like an even softer texture
What to do:
1) Heat the milk and mix it sugar, stir until all the sugar is melted. Make sure the milk doesn't come to a boil, otherwise it won't be as smooth
2)Add in gelatin in 2 parts, allowing the gelatin to melt while stirring
3) Remove from heat and add in vanilla extract and cream
4) Let it cool until it is only slightly warm, then pour though sifter and into small containers to extract any solid pieces.
5) Put into the fridge for at least 6 hours and be ready to enjoy a wonderful tasting panna cotta.
