It's Valentine's Day! Here is a design for the special day~ With lots of red hearts and polka dots. It sure matches the Valentine's theme. Here is a quick video showing how it's done. It's very quick and simple and can be done with a small dotting tool. If you don't have a dotting tool, a bobby pin should work as well!
