Cheesecake etc. VANCOUVER!!

This is definitely my favorite Cheesecake in the world hands down with no questions. I have been going to this place for many years now. It used be this tiny dark small restaurant which you would not be able to see if you didn’t try to look for it. However, almost everyone in Vancouver knows about it.

Last year when I visited it, it has expanded to the retail space beside it. This year when I went, it has again acquired more space now making up of 3 retail space.

Interesting this is, it really doesn’t have much on its menu. It is really just classic cheesecake, cheese cake with strawberries, chocolate cheesecakes, trifle and the new cheese cake with blueberries.  There are also some teas and coffees, but that is about it. It seems to me that it is an amazingly small menu for such success. The key thing here I think is the texture. There is no other place on Earth that I have tried that gives the same texture.

The cheesecake is fluffy and creamy like mousse, paired up with a very mild whip cream and glazed strawberries you chose that flavor. It is perfect! It is a definite must go and try if you ever go to Vancouver.
