Sephora Smoky Kohl Eyeliner Khol Oeil Fume: 1300C

I saw this on sale at Sephora Canada for $3CND and I thought it wouldn't her to try this. Purple is Chi's favourite color and I remember that we have made several shopping trips around Hong Kong in the past in search of her "perfect purple eyeliner." It was kinda crazy really.

The texture of this eyeliner is super smooth and soft which kinda worries me. I always fine that when eyeliner formula's are overly smooth they tend to smudge and smear like mad through out the day. The shade of purple is very nice though, not too bright but not too dark. I was playing with it on the back of my hand and although it did smear quite a bit, it didn't create this deep dark shadow so at least there would be a werid ring around Chi's eyes if it does smear when she is wearing it hehehe.
