Avenue Grill - Vancouver

Seeing the list of food post it is obvious that I am now back in Vancouver ;)
I truly just love this place.  Everything is just so perfect and the weather is so nice. 
But back on topic, the restaurant I am going to review is called Avenue Grill which is located in kerrisdale on 41st ave.
This used to be one of my all time fave breakfast places, but after this visit I don't think I will go again.  Nothing about this place wowed me anymore.  The service was very mediocre and food was not nearly as good as I have remembered. 
The benidicts we ordered were over cooked and the pancakes felt like they were from an instant mix..... Don't know what more I can say. Very disappointed.
