Country Floral Water Decal Nail Art

Flowers!  It's Summer time!  Time for lots of colors!

This time I used water decal on 3 of my fingers.

This particular decal is a rectangular sheet.  So, you have to cut it into the shape you want.
For me, I am going to use it as a full nail design.
These decals are semi transparent.  So, it is best to paint your nails with a base color of white.

So, here I have cut out the decals in the approximate shape of my nails.

Then I painted my nails white and gold

Soak the decal in a bowl of water until the design can easily come off.

See how it's transparent?  So, you need to use a light base color.  Place it on your nails and dab off excess water with tissue.  Then apply your favorite top coat to seal in the design.
