Chips Republic Burger @ Hong Kong

With my short lunch break, I managed to go from Central to Kowloon for lunch~ I was craving for burgers and went to search for burgers photos. I was drooling in front of the monitor. Found this burger place in Kowloon Elements mall with pretty good photos and once the clock hit lunch hour, my friend and I rushed out to take the train to cross the harbour for our burger hunt!

This is pure edible evilness. I can already feel my waist gaining an inch just by looking at it. 

I ordered their bacon cheese burger~ lots of flavor! I ordered their mozzarella and gravy fries. I was kind of disappointed. I expected the gravy and cheese to be on the fries like poutine~ 

Overall the burger was pretty juicy and lots of flavor. Not much beefy taste, but lots of spices. Fries were too hard though. I like fries that are soft on the inside~

I love how empty the mall Element is. There was absolutely no waiting in line for a table or when to make an order at the cashier. Makes me want to go to Elements for lunch all the time now.
