Pajo's Fish and Chips @ Steveston Richmond

Pajo's has been an all time favorite fish and chips destination for people in Vancouver for many years. You know the fish and chips you get are always fresh because of they huge line up and they are constantly expanding. Unlike more fish and chips places, I find that Pajo's not only makes great "Fish" but they also make great fries. Many other fish and chips places that I have been don't put much focus on their fries and are soggy.... equals to no good. 

The one downfall I find with Pajo's is the limited seating. Although they seem to always be expanding, there is never enough seating. Even if you are lucky enough to find seating, chances are 90% of the time it would be in the blazing sun. But I love it enough to go back again and again :)
