Shopping in Ewha Women's University (Edae) - Seoul
I love shopping! Since I stayed at Hongdae, it's only 2 stops from Ewha Women's University. This place is filled with women's clothing shops. There are endless shops for shoes and cutes clothes.
You can see a few shops for guys occasionally, not much at all though.
Lots of sales going around during winter. It's the time of the Korea Grand Sale anyways. Everywhere is on sale.
But I usually can't buy much in Edae. I find their clothes a bit small. I am pretty big compared to most Asians. The best shop I like in Edae is this discounted korean cosmetic and food shop. Unfortunately, I didn't come here soon enough. I realized many of the things I already bought are a lot cheaper here. The peel off lip tint I got at Watson's was 15,000 won, but it was only 5,000 here. I was so pissed when I saw the price. They carry lots of different Korean cosmetic brands. There's IOPE, 3CE, Banila, Etude House etc. I don't know how they can sell at such low prices. Are they selling fakes? However, this place is packed with people. Really don't know if you can trust that it's genuine or not. But seeing so many people buying, I feel it's safer knowing if I scammed, there are a whole bunch of other people being scammed with me.
I can't exactly locate this shop on the map, but it's pretty easy to find. It's near Evisu. There are even benches outside the shop for the boyfriends and husband to sit and wait.
I got out at Ewha Women's University Station exit 2.

I wonder how authentic the stuff at Korea Cosmetic&Food is too XD but if they get a lot of customers I guess it can't be that bad?
ReplyDeleteIt's a shame a lot of the clothes are onesize :'c They're so cute!
