Sushi Wow - Vancouver, Canada

During my stay in Vancouver, eating sushis was one of the things I looked forward to.  Vancouver has so many restaurants with specialty rolls.  Cho said that I should come try out Sushi Wow.  Sure enough, there were lots of special rolls.  I was eating alone, so I couldn't order much at all.  I ended up getting the Marpole Roll and my 2 favorite nigiri sushi which were ikura and chopped scallop.  I don't know why, but no one makes chopped scallop nigiri sushi in Hong Kong.  Is this a Vancouver thing?

There are so much ikura!  Why can't restaurants in Hong Kong be more generous when I order this in Hong Kong.  There is probably 2 or 3 times the amount of ikura in this sushi than the ones I get in Hong Kong.  Then there's my favorite chopped scallop sushi.  Again, it's loaded!

It's not one of the fancy rolls, but I like how it has all the things I love all together.  There's the shrimp tempura inside and then spicy chopped scallop on top.

I was not able to finish eating all this in one sitting.  I ending up half on the plate and packed the rest to go.  The total comes to around $15 after tips and all.  So, it's really 2 meals for $15.  Not bad!  I'll definitely have to come again to try their other special rolls.
