Day 1: Lunch in Hongdae - Seoul, South Korea

First meal after landing.  We have dropped off our luggage in the studio in Hongdae and decided it's time to get some food.  We were flying on HK Express....no food was served.  So, it was time for a late lunch.  We walked around trying to find something we haven't had before and something not too heavy.  Came across this little restaurants with a ticketing machine inside.  It reminded me of ramen restaurants in Japan.

Although there are only a few buttons on the machine, we still don't know how to use it and not really sure what was in the pictures.  However, the staff was somewhat nice to help us through it.  I did see people eating things I didn't see on the ticketing machine though.

Ordered a cold spicy noodle and some dumplings.  Quick and easy.  There's no meat in the noodle, but with the amount of spicy sauce and veggies, it's flavorful enough.

The dumplings are a little smaller than I thought, but there are a lot of them.  

Super quickly meal to cure our growling stomachs.  Decent place that's fast and easy.
