Day 1: New Huge Daiso in Myeongdong - Seoul, South Korea

We were wandering around Myeongdong and realize there is a new Daiso store.  Well, I am not sure if it's new, but it's the first time we noticed it's there.  There are 8 floors of Daiso.  Curious what they can fill the 8 floors with, we went to check it out even though our feet were burning in pain.

Each floor sells things for different part of the house  Good that there is an elevator. So, we just went straight up to the 8th floor and shopped our way down.  We have Daiso in Hong Kong too, but they don't sell things that are as cute.  Why?

Anyways, just lots of pictures for the different floors.  Some of the exact same products are selling at a much lower price than in Hong Kong.  We didn't really buy anything though.  The though of packing anything into our luggage stopped us from buying.  Too lazy to pack.

This Daiso is at point h in Places Part 3 on the map:

  1. Very interesting blog. A lot of blogs I see these days don't really provide anything that attract others, but I'm most definitely interested in this one. Just thought that I would post and let you know.

  2. Interesting blog, it reminds me of Seoul, at Myeongdong Night Time , the food stalls lined-up in the middle of hotels, skin care shops, restaurants, cafés and night clubs.
I tried to write a blog about it , hope you also like it: https://stenote.blogspot.com/2019/11/seoul-at-myeongdong-night-time.html
