Anh and Chi - Vancouver, Canada
This time back to Vancouver, I found that for a restaurants to be filled and packed, the aesthetics of the food and the restaurant is very important. Came to Anh and Chi, a Vietnamese restaurant, that had a super long line up when I went.
Unlike the usual run down look of pho noodle place, Anh and Chi's price is definitely higher.
The ambience is nicer of course. Instead of the feeling of having a quick meal, it's a realize restaurant to sit down and enjoy.
The presentation of the food was amazing of course.
Best looking fried spring roll ever and tasted great as well.
Forgot which drink I ordered, but it was not good. Reminded me air freshener in the washroom.
Beef and water crest salad was my favorite!
Beef pho~
This is Bun Bo Hue. It's good. I just dun like the little pork hock in there.
Then the platter where we can make our all salad roll! Seems fun at first, but I would prefer having it already put together when served.
Full and satisfied!
