Walking along Waikiki Beach - Honolulu, Hawaii

Honolulu is a super touristy and commercialized city.  Hard to related to just sun and beach.  To me, it's really just a Las Vegas with a beach that's pretty polluted and crowded.  Not a relaxing place at all.  At least not on Honolulu.  May it would be better on some smaller island. 

The price for going to Honolulu once is enough to go to Seoul twice, Taiwan or Thailand thrice.  I guess it's still an experience.  I might not go to Hawaii again, but at least I know what it's like there.  I will know if I want sun and beaches, I would go to Thailand.  If I want to go shopping, I would just go to Japan or Seoul.

One thing I like about the place is that almost everyone there on the main street are tourists.  So, the vacation vibe is strong.  The though of work was definitely behind me.  Haven't had a time where I had a totally work free week in a long time.

Wanted to hop on those touristy bus, but never found out where to get the ticket.
