Elements Urban Tapas Parlour - Whistler, Canada

Recommended by a waitress at another restaurant, we came to Elements Urban Tapas Parlour for their amazing breakfast!  So glad we listened to the waitress and checked out this place.  They don't have a super long menu, but they have everything I like!

I ordered their Honey Ham and Brie Stuff Toast.  Ham! Brie! Toast!  The 3 best thing coming together.  Nothing can go wrong here.  It's sweet!  It's savory!  It's pure evil!  Felt guilty for each bite I took.  A super fattening breakfast, but it was so good!  The portion?  Probably for a giant.  I couldn't even finish half the plate.  To make myself feel better, I dug out the ham and cheese and ate all the stuffing.  A very satisfying breakfast!
