Riz Sushi Bar & Catering - Vancouver, Canada

Was on our way somewhere to the east and decided it's time to give Riz Sushi Bar a visit.  I saw they had poke pancake on Instagram before.  So, I was excited when I finally had time to get some poke.  Unfortunately, poke pancake is not a regular on their menu.  The thought of having raw fish on warm pancake was gross at first, but the pictures on Instagram looked so good.

Anyways, since there were no pancakes on the day I went, I got a regular poke bowl instead.  

We ordered a set that came with onsen egg.

It was so delicious.  Lots of crunchy fresh vegetable.  Added avocado.  Lots and lots of tuna and salmon!  All mixed in some yummy sauce.

Japanese onsen egg is always good no matter what.

Saw their menu of 10 pound poke bowl.  Would definitely want to have one...if only I have that many people to share with.
